PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project involved the demolition of the existing sale building and removal of car wash. The building sits on a reinforced raft foundation with associated mains services and ducts. The canopy was de-linked from the building. The new sales building is constructed from steel columns and beams and clad with insulated panels.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Broham Forecourts were the principal contractor and main contractor for the sub-structure and co-ordinated other trade packages, frame and envelope, electrical installation. Broham engaged sub-contractors for the mechanical installation and finishes.
