PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The works consisted of the demolition of an existing sales building and canopy, plus the replacement of the underground fuel storage and distribution system. The traditional construction of a new 220m² sales building, jet wash facility and new forecourt finishes, plus the installation of a ground contamination remediation system.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Broham Forecourts were the principal contractor and co-ordinated other trade packages (fuel installation, electrical installation, canopy) appointed by the client. Broham Forecourts appointed domestic sub-contractors for the construction of the shop, asphalt paving and line marking.
