PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The works consisted of the demolition of an existing 'Little Chef' restaurant to enable the construction and installation of a new car wash facility. Broham Forecourts carried out the demolition, installed a new underground interceptor and associated drainage, along with all concrete works, kerbing, sub-base for car parking and roads within the site.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Broham Forecourts were the Principal Contractor and co-ordinated other trade packages (steel work, car wash unit, electrical installation, signage) appointed by the client. Broham Forecourts appointed domestic sub-contractors for fencing asphalt paving and line marking.
