PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The project involved the extension of the existing sales building and incorporating the existing carwash structure into the back of house area. The forecourt works were extensive, with the removal and replacement of two existing tanks, concrete filing to four redundant tanks, new pipe work, islands and concrete paving.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Broham Forecourts were the principal contractor and main contractor for the sub-structure and co-ordinated other trade packages, frame and envelope, fuel pipe work and electrical installation. Broham engaged sub-contractors for the brickwork, roofing, mechanical installation and finishes.
