PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The works consisted of the part demolition and new extension of the existing sales building, plus relocation of jet wash facility and new forecourt finishes.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Broham Forecourts were the principal contractor and co-ordinated other trade packages (new composite shop roof, electrical installation, shop fit-out, signage) appointed by the client. Broham Forecourts appointed domestic sub-contractors for the construction of the shop, asphalt paving and line marking.
